SMS Terms

NSPEC PERFORMANCE offers recurring automated texts about customer support, orders and shipping, and separate marketing texts about offers and product announcements. Select the categories you want at Text updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Your consent and confirmation

Use a US mobile number you own or are authorized to use. Neither signup choice is selected by default. Providing a phone number at checkout, placing an order, or asking a support question does not subscribe you to marketing. When you text us a question, our team may reply about that inquiry. Ongoing service updates require a confirmed service subscription.

The signup form provides a single-use confirmation code. Send the displayed JOIN message from that same phone to 954-996-7226 within 24 hours to confirm your selected categories. Until confirmation, your choices remain a request, not an active subscription.

Sign-in verification codes

Customers can request security codes in Account Security; Operations staff can request them in Settings → Security. You must separately agree to security texts and confirm your number with a code before using it to sign in. Codes come from 954-996-7226, expire in five minutes, and can be used once. Message frequency depends on your requests. This choice does not subscribe you to service updates or marketing. Email verification remains available for customers, and an authenticator remains available for staff. You can enable text verification in your signed-in security settings.

Unsubscribe or change your choices

Reply STOP to 954-996-7226 to stop NSPEC texts, including security codes. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. Use email or your authenticator to sign in after opting out. For new preferences, submit the form and confirm from your phone again. If you previously opted out, send START before obtaining a new code. START alone does not enroll you in marketing.

For help, reply HELP, email support@nspecusa.com, or call 954-996-7226. You can also request removal by email. If your number changes or is reassigned, unsubscribe the old number and sign up with your new one.

Delivery and privacy

Text delivery is subject to your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information by text.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your number, messages, and consent records. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
