Terms of sale
Plain terms for buying from NSPEC PERFORMANCE. Placing an order means you accept them.
Last updated October 21, 2026
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the price, availability and delivery timeline and you agree to be charged. Until then nothing is charged, and either of us may cancel. We may decline an order where a price or listing was obviously wrong, a part cannot be supplied, or an address cannot be served.
You will receive an order confirmation by email. Keep the reference; it is how we find your order when you call.
Address suggestions
When enabled, address suggestions use Google Maps and are subject to the Google Maps Terms of Service. Review your selected address and add any apartment or suite details before continuing. Suggestions do not confirm shipping availability; checkout checks your destination separately.
Prices, tax and shipping
Prices are in US dollars. Prices shown in the catalog are estimates until checkout, where the final price, sales tax and shipping are confirmed before payment. Online checkout is limited to the destinations shown in Delivery settings and at checkout. Saving an address does not make that destination eligible for shipping. Duties and import charges on international orders are the buyer's.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure forms and never reach our servers. Saved payment methods are held by Stripe and can be removed from your account at any time.
Availability and delivery
A part shown in stock at the showroom is on our shelf. A part that ships from our fulfillment network is confirmed before you are charged. Delivery dates we quote are estimates; we will tell you promptly if one changes. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.
Fitment, installation and vehicle damage
Verify compatibility
NSPEC PERFORMANCE does not guarantee fitment for every vehicle or configuration. Vehicle matches, application guides, product descriptions and recommendations are general guidance and may not account for trim, engine, transmission, production date, regional specifications, prior modifications or other installed parts. Before ordering and installing a product, verify its part number, specifications, application notes and compatibility with the manufacturer or a qualified installer. Contact us before purchase if anything is unclear. This policy does not cancel an express fitment commitment made by NSPEC PERFORMANCE or any rights provided by law.
Inspect before installation
Inspect the product and confirm compatibility before installation, modification or use. If a part appears incorrect, damaged or incompatible, stop and contact NSPEC PERFORMANCE. Do not force installation. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions, specifications and safety precautions. Installation and any required tuning or calibration by a qualified professional are strongly recommended.
Performance parts and use
Incorrect fitment, installation, tuning, modification, maintenance or use can cause vehicle or component damage, unsafe operation or personal injury. Confirm that the product is appropriate for its intended use and complies with applicable road-use, safety and emissions requirements. A product listing does not by itself establish that a part is legal for street use in your location.
Damage and related costs
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NSPEC PERFORMANCE is not responsible for vehicle or component damage, installation or removal labor, diagnostic or tuning charges, towing, rental vehicles, loss of use or other related losses caused by incompatible part selection, improper installation or tuning, unauthorized modification, misuse, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions. This limitation does not excuse NSPEC PERFORMANCE’s negligence or wrongful conduct, override our express commitments, or exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Warranties and returns
Manufacturer warranties remain subject to their applicable terms. This policy does not replace those warranties, automatically void a vehicle warranty, or remove statutory warranty rights or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Returns remain subject to our returns policy. If we supplied the wrong product or expressly confirmed an incorrect fitment, contact us so we can address it; this notice does not remove our obligations for our own errors.
Returns and warranty
Returns are governed by our returns policy. Manufacturer warranties, where offered, are provided by the manufacturer on their terms; we will help you make a claim. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This limitation does not excuse our negligence or wrongful conduct, override our express commitments, or exclude rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
California Proposition 65
Some products can expose you to chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. Where a manufacturer flags a product, the warning is shown on its page.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here at the time you order. Read the October 21, 2026 agreement and acceptance wording.
